October has been a great start to the ski season. Many ski resorts in the Alps have opened already thanks to heavy snow falls. Austria took the lead, with an incredible snowfall of 1.8m in the Tux glacier area, closely followed by the Molltal glacier with 1.4m. Other ski areas getting fresh snow include Kaprun, Cervinia, Tignes, Zermatt & Saas Fee.
Lets hope it continues...

ReplyDeleteI loaded a new image for thegoodwebguide.co.uk to the home page as we have been reviewed on their website, and people looking at the site through internet explorer saw a very funny looking home page!
